dodah, so by 2Q2009 GTC gets 3-4 million if FDA decision is positive and on schedule, and by Oct 2009 don't then need more cash?

How do you think they will raise it? That was my orginal question.

EDIT: I should have asked, how much longer will the additional 3-4 million last GTC?
