Agree. The key issue with REE and U/Th added values, for now, is that having the upside of the additional values will make the development for niobium and tantalum vastly more doable, much more obviously worthwhile. They will tip the scales on the economics of development decisions and time lines, IMO, if not making the huge kick in values that some would like.

I'm not expecting they will add anywhere NEAR the values being bandied about here. The values for the purified metals you might find, on line, are a long way from what you get right out of a hole in the ground. Processing will be expensive. The proper pricing to look at is more likely to be that for generic "REE concentrates"... which recognizes there are big differences between a highly variable melange of mine tailings and separated and refined products, from what is present in what are still only very small quantities in the base material. A better mix of the higher value REEs than other deposits will be great, and having more of them... maybe... or, that might just increase the cost of separations ?

If the whole deposit had more than 1% cerium... great... but, it ain't gonna happen. Those kinds of concentrations are more likely to be... highly concentrated in small areas.

I still think you need to look at it as likely being in the $0.30 a share range for the D zone, with some good REE kicker potentials... and good potential to expand the size of the D zone as drilling proves it out. That is first in any case.

Then, add in the E zone values, which might not be quite fully economically ideal for the niobium and tantalum values alone, but likely will be more than borderline economic when the kickers are quantified. THAT is the best you can hope for there, for now... economic viability, and expansion in the scale of the resource.

At least, until there is an ability to show much better resolution on the extent of and the nature of the distribution of the REEs.

Sheesh, it isn't like having a SOLID $0.30 a share in resource value, plus upside, is a BAD thing...
