p.s. Genzyme owns less than a 5% stake, and hence it is no longer required to report its GTC holdings to the SEC. However, there is indirect evidence that Genzyme continues to own 3.9M GTC common shares and 0.4M far-out-of-the-money warrants. (If this is correct, the size of Genzyme’s holding has not changed during the past 1.5 years.)
