Carp the fact is, you can't answer any of other people concern. You can't tell any new information. That is what I have been saying. If you have concern, then post like Wadi or GG or GMD, I don't criticize those guys. I have problem with you telling the same thing to every single person who has some concern about the share price. I said when it goes back up, I will sell, don't worry. It is exactly because I don't trust Moskowitz to bring the share price up by himself anytime soon.

1. What is the share structure? Only 400 million has been stated as restricted with buyback option.
2. Can I everytime has a concern about the share structure ask him honestly about it?
3. With the rampant problem with the shorts, how can you possibly uplist or solve the problem? Amex is out of the question, cuz they now belong to NYSE/Euronext and a minimum share price of $2 is needed. A dividend now wouldnt work, cuz the shorts will just chip money to pay the dividend.
