An estimated 3,000-4,000 patients suffer from MPS-I worldwide, including approximately 1,000 patients in the U.S. and Canada but only about 1,000–1,500 patients are adequate for an enzyme replacement therapy. As for Morquio (MPS IV), I don't know the number but you should ask BMRN people :-)
Edit: Found that the incidence of MPS IV is estimate to be 1/300,000.
