Reverse Splits are not illegal, correct. 100% says the Corporate Officers are not brought down with a reverse split, when there is no memorialized history. However one chooses, to block out whether or not the SEC has an interest is up to that or those persons. Houses, savings, families... time. Time, something some entities can afford and manpower, too. There's a solution. Keep the lines of communication open.
