If there are PP participants who are short, they don't 'have to' cover when the SEC declares the Reg Statement effective.

its all speculation at this point and that is if they are even shorting, i think the anemic volume throughout the markets isnt helping matters but that is due to lack of confidence in all markets. i believe the reg becoming effective will have a positive effect and hope there is much bigger news to follow making our story even sweeter as the months and years go by. until then i just patiently sit and wait for the bigger picture
