FNM reported this yesterday that they received the notice last Wed., the rule change wasn't announced until last Friday. Leads me to believe that the notice was sent out before the rule change and therefore means nothing, but gives the naysayers a chance to scare people even more than they already are. Would be nice for FNM to clarify, I also noticed that FRE has not been notified yet.
