Lets call "e" the economic value of the JV in millions of dollars....
OK I think I got that..So that must mean we can call "E" the economic value of GTC in millions of dollars. "E" at present is about $20 Mil (ie, the MC). Since "e" is only a fraction of "E", since GTCs includes in ATryn, possible FOBs etc. If "e" is is 60% of "E" that would mean the cash value of the JV at present would be according to the DD formula, $12 Mil -$6 Mil ie..... $6 Mil.
I understand we all think its value should be more. Hell I do not think Manny Ramerez is worth as much as GTC,,but our personal opinions do not matter it's what the market says its worth.
Wake up hatching birdbrained scemes is not going to help us. Plotting revenge on GTC's management is not going to help you financially. Right now our best course of action is to take the deal. If this deal somehow falls through you will be lucky to get 15 cents a share. The company has no time. And yes I would guess it would be LFB buying it, no one else seems to be in the least bit interested.
