Lol ok for one take a DEEP breath. We are a small operation out of Central Oregon (Bend/Redmond) area and run a Father/Son distribution company called GreenBuildersWholesale.com in which we specialize in Energy Efficient home packages. We also do general construction. The main reason as to why we have become involved in this project is because of our reputation for quality installations of ICF's. We distribute Logix ICF blocks and this happened to be a block of choice for this project. So since we install and distribute products with Trendsetter we were asked by them (them knowing that we deal with Logix) if we would be interested in pricing out block and giving a bid on installation. I have the preliminary floor plans for each of the 3 different home models for the project in front of me.

From what I heard (don't take this as fact this is literally ALL i know) the Band is going to be building a new Casino and the 50 homes are for employees and service people. They are going to be ICF - Solar assisted radiant floors.
And maybe they aren't as far along in the preliminary/Development stages as I thought. I honestly am not 100% but from what my Father told me they want to start this as soon as possible.
