The more i think about it, this has to be why they moved KRON into Continuing Status and not Discontinued/Marked for Sale.

Now check this out - in the Q&A round near the end, Morgan is asked why they haven't bought stock. (they did, last at like 2 dollars).. and his reply was specifically that they are prohibited from doing so when KRON discussions are ongoing because that would be insider trading. ( you can still hear it here on this webcast )

Now, they can finally buy stock.

One thing this company still has going for it is a very low o/s of 23 million. That itself is marketable.
