Could be important - In the last CC, Young said they were prohibited from buying stock (insiders) while they are in discussions for KRON sale. Well now they have officially stated they are not in discussions (although they are still working to sell it).
Could this free them to buy shares ?
They said buried in the report that they "expect to" utilize the plan before end of 2008 for stock options.
They need to buy some stock by themselves or arrange for it to happen through another entity..
