KISSIMMEE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 17, 2004--K. Scott Piel, Senior Managing Member and a Co-founder of MarketBeasts.com LLC, today announced that he has resigned his position in the company effective immediately. Due to certain issues relating to the MarketBeasts.com LLC sale of assets to eMax Net, Inc., a subsidiary of eMax Holdings Corp. (Pink Sheets:EMXC - News), Mr. Piel's brief tenure as President of the eMax Net subsidiary, eMax Software Group, and his current involvement as President and CEO in a new business venture, Adventure Group Holdings Corp., Mr. Piel believed it to be in the best interest of all to avoid any potential risk of a perceived conflict of interest. Mr. Piel will be succeeded by Jeffrey L. Harrison, also a MarketBeasts.com LLC founding member. Mr. Harrison will be immediately assuming the role of Senior Managing Member and will take over all responsibilities relating to the management and operation of the business, accounting, banking, investments and legal matters. All required paperwork will be filed with the Florida Department of State effective June 17, 2004, by majority consent of the MarketBeasts.com LLC membership.
