but where did you get the 10 points from?.... not sure where you read the 10% margin..could you please provide

but please how is it "unfortunate"... for it not to be earned until the revenue hits 8 million usd?...and to cap at 30 million

and you should know...buying revenue is the name of the game..that's why you hire(raid) salesmen/execs..etc...for their client list..:)...god willing no..non-compete issue

16 points was always the benchmark to run minimal..i wouldn't say that if it were 10 points...i would complain...for the deal is that safe to lcci...the margin would fly...please provide though....
