if you've ever done an embedded design and partitioned the code and data to fit the available memory you'd understand that nand and nor don't overlap much.
you really need to rearchitect your code and data storage and sometimes your entire software architecture to change between them.
i don't consider nand much of a threat to either amd or intel except as a mindshare issue with naive analysts.
