I agree
I have been upset with the time it took to get the lawsuit filed but the attorneys took their time to do a lot of research. Right or wrong and whether I like our attorneys* or not, I have to defer to their decision.
After a diligent review, they decided it was worth THEIR money to proceed with the suit. That's a good step for us.
(And previously having a trial or not, T-Mobile has known about ASNAP for a long time)
* Has anybody heard the name of the firm that is "partnering" with W-K and "assisting" them on this suit? I would like to research them.
