Not when it's proven on links like the NV SOS. There's no complication there at all... If it can't be proven, then obviously nothing can be done, but when it can be proven?
You tell me.. what reason would a person have to post false info when he KNOWS it's false info, unless it's to lure some innocent newbie in and pump a totally worthless co? AND they won't correct it in the i-box either....
