And basic IQ accounts for that. There might be some parents or grandparents who take care of the less intelligent in their families (see many recent Presidents and those in Congress), but someone had a high IQ to get in that loop at some point, and someone will have to maintain that, or that family will drop out.
Life is NOT fair, and you can whine and bellyache forever, but there will always be the poor. If you are dumb, you will be poor. You think the guy born with no legs is happy?
