but it isn't even the credit facility..or vanguard(remember that 13f is filed within 45 days of vanguard's ended quarter)..so..you will see other 13f's showing sells by others...probably during september/october..a laggard indicator

it's knowing that they are the worlds largest wireless engineering firm

it's knowing that there is going to be a build out on the 700mhz spectrum...and the 400mhz spectrum(white space)..because there has to be

it's knowing that the clearwire merger was approved(major breakthrough)

it's knowing that they have been in this business for 25 years

it's knowing that they are confident that they have enough resources to continue the next 12 months..which is a standard :)

VANGUARD...oops...i don't want to discount that..sorry...they did purchase lcci after sept 5th...if you notice..they payed about .04 cents a share..probably during those after market(after 4:00) trades we saw...remember those big ones :)...a given though... that they did buy after sept 5....big plus!!

You guys sure are pumped up. I won't be until I see something real and solid besides POTENTIAL. This company has been screwing around with too many things and it's about time for some serious action. The PPS reflects that.
