I am glad Dirk talked with you with him not really knowing you. That is certainly a plus that he even took the time to talk with you at all. As a buissness owner myself I take every chance I get to talk with anyone that could have a positive inpact on my companies and of course try and give them the impression that I can offer superior services and products.
I just still remain puzzled that after reviewing old PR'S, minutes from posters on the share holders meeting, posts from people who have talked with or gotten replies from the company, and even the interviews on stock bully with Dirk as the speaker that no solid good news has come out from the company. Most of the info is predictions, excusses, talk of waiting to the economy gets better or the gov sets up new incentives, etc.
There are companies right now making big bucks selling solar hot water and other solar products. As a share holder, and I guess even more right now a fellow buissness owner with interests in why a buissness with so much potential just cannot seem to get its act together. Let me give you an example of a few items.
They go to trade shows and say they were busy. What the heck does busy mean. They did not say stuff like they were able to get 10 more distributors to carry their products. They do not say they were able to generate xxxx amount of new sales. No they say they were busy. I am busy right now writing this post. Busy is not want we want to here. So let me imagine that when they said busy they really meant they were doing great by getting more distribtors and had alot of sales. If this is true why did they miss one of the biggest solar conventions right in their own back yard.
Another example. We get info that they are developing a new solar collector tube so they do not have to play middle man and use the Apricus tubes. They say the tubes shall be superior. Finally after I think about a 6 month delay in getting them certified they get certified but they have one of the lowest ratings of all the certified other collectors out there. They come back and say the tests must be wrong. In the mean time distributors web sites and their own web site still say they are carry Apricus collector tubes. They take two years to get their own tubes, finally do and they are not superior, they do not change their web site from Apricus to their own collectors, they do not PR that they will try and fix the problems that are making them rate bad, They have not said how many they have sold, etc.
IMO as I have said for many months here management needs to get aggressive and stop playing the poor me card. Except for my DD on solar companies I know very little about solar, but even with that in mind if I had a chance to spend two months as a management advisor at tssp I could almost guarentee I could turn this company around.
And do not even get me started on how they failed to keep any PPS while diluting to a point that IMO a reverse split is now needed with out a doubt if they ever think they could raise any money through selling of securities sales. And do not get me wrong this is the worst thing for current shareholders, but if the company wants to get new investors/shareholders I do not see anyway out of a reverse split. Jim IMO is one of the best CFO's to create bag holders. SUCH A SHAME.
I am pretty certain that management reads this board and other boards related to tssp. He is a noval idea and I actually saw it on another board, but it was a Yahoo board. Have Dirk come on and post here. No insider secrets or trading type of stuff just come on and discuss issues with us. I am sure he would get alot of worthless input, but just maybe he could come away with something that would help. AND WOW JUST THINK HOW SHARE HOLDER CONFIDENCE COULD COME BACK. In pinkie land I think companies do not realize how one posting site like here on IHUB could influrence share holders. Without a doubt I have seen runs start soley by one poster gathering the tropps. Sometimes it is a pump and dump set up, but other times it is just a poster who believes in a company.
All just one mans opinion so take it what it is worth. I was borred today so sorry for the ramble
