Orca, Even though your chart does not show it, I believe some trading is being done below .0001. Ameritrade does not take the bid/ask out past 4 digits so I can't confirm that but too many shares have passed hands without a move and if you try to sell at .0001, the trade does not execute. I tried a test sell.
