Sandy says 'he' has an $ 8,000,000 investment that 'he' stands to loose. Is that investment 'us'? I don't see any mention of BKMP's (few thousand?) investors. Is he fighting for 'our' investment or 'his' investment? I suspect the money all came out of the same money-bag (ours) originally and the tone now is worrysome. Or is it too soon to tell?

Wouldn't be in this situation in the first place if he hadn't bankrupted the company and diluted the crap outta shares. All he want's is his money from the 3M shares. BKMP will never see a dime of it. We never have.
