Basically I do a lot more then just solar. These homes are going to be all ICF with solar assisted radiant heated floors. Most recently I was given the opportunity to help bid the project for the ICF shells. I anticipate that since the location of this project is very close to Eureka that a local installer will take care of the solar install.
And no this isn't something that is going to take a couple years to start. This is happening soon. They have money and are ready to go.
