to get your license every year you have to sign that you have taken hunter safety class - you can get a waver only one time - i did that last year, my first season -

now, you don't really have to show the safety class paper when they give you your license, but if the warden gets to you out in the field you have to show the safety class cert and the license - if you don't have both you can have your gun taken and big time fines -

no matter what my 870SPS (my first shotgun ever) and SBEII are not worth taking the chance -

i especially think that it's dancing on the razor's edge since we're looking to be on the public hunting lands and that's where the wardens are likely to roll -
