He got a slap on the wrist from what I have found. This time aorund his antics will be much more harsh. RRD has contacted the correct individuals to make this happen if the evidence is supporting. From what I have read, there is plenty of supporting evidence. Up to the SEC now.
I am sure there are laws that he is breaking by continuing to send emails out with Cytocore's mailing list. That was proprietary information of Cytocore Inc. The way I see it this guy thinks he is unstoppable. IMO, he will get more than a slap on the wrist this time around!
