Thanks Al, for your insight. I'm staying around for the long haul with these guys. I believe the potential for their business model is very positive. My one and only concern as an ongoing matter is the outstanding shares. But that is my ONLY negative concern and, for now, I'm not letting it be a deciding factor.
Al.. Thanks for the update. Did you get any type of a clue as to the terms of the dividend, i.e. 1 for 1 or 1 for 10 shares of CDED, etc.? I assume we are looking at a dividend within one to two months if it is already at the SEC but, as we well know, the SEC can drag their feet, witness the Berlin Exchange involving MANY small stocks.
