Also you state "Burns and McCollough have been buying stock and not selling one share."
There was private placements 3-4 years ago for .02 cents a share. These guys got many many shares (millions possibly) at .02 cents.
The amount of insider buying you so glowing speak of is PEANUTS. Sure Burns dropped something like $600K early this year. But let's look at this scenario (now this ISN'T facts but information that could be or not be):
Say Burns got 10M shares back when the placement was .02 He has 3.2M shares now post the 10-1 reverse so he had 30M shares prior.
The stock was at around .24 late 2006. In early 2007 PRVBwealth comes on this board at the same time the Forbes write up was coming out. It was actually PRVBwealth that brings the Forbes article up to the board.
He starts his articulate writing about how great CytoCore is and that prosperity is right around the corner (Humm, wasn't that the name of the Forbes article). At that same time I think that company out of the Netherlands comes in with a nice buy. PRVBwealth continues his pumping. The share price starts going up .05-07 cents a day. Some days more.
It runs from .24 to .77 cents than Bam! Drops like a rock back to the .20 range. Little later, no more PRVBwealth. He hides his exit well stating his health will probably make him stop posting.
Now if you've ever researched penny stock fraud you will see that corrupt brokers play a big part in the scams.
How? Well back to the fictional scenario with Burns. Say he got 3M shares at .02 than dumps at around .70 cents. That is a nice $2M+ profit.
How could he hide that? Well you start with corrupt stock brokers who don't REPORT the buys and sales. Meaning that won't send out a IRS form stating the transactions. They get kickbacks I'd say on the profit.
So anyway back to Burns $600K buy earlier this year. $600 adding back into the company after a nice $2.3M profit isn't too bad. Still leaves him with a nice $1.7 profit even if the company goes belly up.
As my broker buddy explained to me, These guys come in as consultants to these distressed penny stock companys and they have a two fold plan.
*One they pump and dump it.
*Two if the company actually becomes viable and makes money than it's just icing on the cake.
Now it's been 5 years since these guys took over and has there been any revenue yet to justify paying the salaries these guys are getting? FACT or FICTION there Trader-B.
Sure they are putting out their little PR again about how the management will take a cut in salary. They've stated that before.
Anyway All the ABOVE is a fictional scenario. A possiblity. But a scenario that has been executed by MANY other PENNY STOCK Scam artist.
THAT IS WHY THE ILLINOIS DEPT. OF SECURITIES IS INVESTIGATING
and I didn't even go that in depth when I contacted them.
Also a little disclaimer to any of goons that want to come my way. I have a CCW so you best be a sniper.
