Leaving aside your anecdotal and personal references, how much time and expense does it take to update the Wyoming SOS?

Nothing has been done to reduce the authorized shares, in spite of a form 8-K filing claiming the reduction in authorized shares had been made. The form 8-K was therefore misleading.
That's simple. The Wyoming Sec of State has never updated the info because they were never instructed to do so. This should be no mystery to anyone with the business sense of a chimpanzee.

I am happier with the fact that the TA has confirmed to me that the O/S was reduced from 59B to 31B which means the company did buy back and cancel those shares.
We know that the company cancelled those shares. We don't know whether they "bought them back" or not.
