I.Q. I do agree. If the books reflected things that where bad then JPM would already have the news out. However, since their may be "good" well.... They would hide it, or would need more time to release the information. I feel its a automatic situation, they know things and their not letting us know. Makes alot of sense in JPM eyes.

Are these Records electronic records or like bookkeeping records and how are they seized. How can someone come in and take your records. Without a backup of those records. Computer records are kept in backup and probably multiple backups. Why is it so difficult for WAMU to get access to those records.
