Thanks, seems like a fair vote, LFB and management will vote for I assume, retail will only count if they vote. Still think it is likely to pass since how many retail will feel motivated to vote and voting against is playing the BK card. I think it would work out with more money for investors sooner, but it is all in on a hand that doesn't look good, so I wonder how retail will vote.
Amendment No. 3 seems meaningless with the RS and increase in shares via that route approved.
I would rather shareholders vote down all amendments because I am curious how much GTC would go for in sale of the entire compnay.
