May take a little time... But eventually the buying pressure will take FVRL upwards to the next level. All it will take is one small buyer who throws in $100K - $200K, and the PPS will move up rapidly.
Either way, "there are many more positives today", than there were when this was trading at .05 before the delisting from Nasdaq occured, which brought about the drop to .011.
Stay patient and focused. Today's news was a huge positive. FVRL went from having a "Non-Binding Merger Agreement" to having, a "Merger Agreement" that is supported by both Boards of Directors.
The current market cap at $1.5 million is very undervalued in regards to the potential going forward, and in due time the market will react accordingly.

P.S. It would be nice to see a little surge in PPS and volume this afternoon, but the MM may be work hard to control any "panic buying", should it begin to occur.
