Cool! Thanks Im calling ameritrade to find out too. HILL may be a culprit too but most likely its NITE. He trades the most pennies.

I also filed a complaint with the SEC about NITE under Problems with my brokerage firm or broker. I told them the shares structure and the thinly trading of these shells and this is shorting/failure to deliver shares. Maybe with a couple calls from the SEC to NITE and HILL they will stop.

Doesnt take long to do it. only a few minutes. These MMs thrive on people not taking action.
