Someone made a great point about taxes. Even if there is truth that dems prefer more taxes than repubs, it's all a bit of semantics.

With the hit the dollar has taken, and wealth moved into fewer hands, and oil and housing skyrocketed,... those are all big taxes under republican rule, and it hits hard.

So complainers can call it what they will.
