MadDog, what is the source of your information that Paradigm has a written exclusive distribution agreement for North America for Sam Young Unitech products? Have you seen this agreement in written form?

Is it then, that Global Detector is not Paradigm's master distributor but is one of potentially several distributors of Paradigm products -including Hagemeyer?

MadDog, looks like you are wrong again. Uniscan and newscan are not exclusive by written agreement with Paradigm. Hagemeyer can get it directly or from anyone they want. If Paradigm represented it differently to you, then maybe you would want to get a lawyer's advice.

Oh wait, that sounds a lot like what ACG was saying.
