The OS was 851 million on October 7. I called the TA to get that number and then after that they put on the gag order. Read the post below as well. There is a reason the TA was gagged.

and oil strike, the outstanding now is what, around 1.5 billion? A/S 1.7 billion they will be used, but the volume doesn't reflect 1.5 billion shares are being traded. Anyone investing should just use the 1.7b in the first place but most are restricted, take it or leave it.
