that welfare will never shift back because it has never left lol
makes me sick of how we support people who do not want to work. I use to be an electrical foreman and we redid many projects in TN. Projects as in section 8 housing. I can't count how many people I saw living on welfare and will never even try to attempt to get a job, why would they, they get a monthly check along with food stamps. i'm talking about 2-4 generations of them doing this.
