Dread, I made the same comment back on Oct 30. If it is in the proto, then SAY it !

Why the non-disclosure talk? LM doesn't want their competitors to know what is in their vehicle during the trials? Seems odd since the fact is that LM took delivery of product and that was public knowledge, correct?

In trying to think the answer through, if LM took delivery it would be logical to assume that the parts are in the prototype. However delivery does not mean inclusion.

The way JG statement reads,it sounds positive...

I would like to congratulate Lockheed Martin for being selected as one of three finalists for the JLTV program. We have been wrestling with what we at Torvec could say regarding this positive event. Recently we have signed an extended five year, very comprehensive non-disclosure agreement with Lockheed. We are looking forward to our continued working relationship with them and wish them continued success.

The statement "we have been wrestling" sound like code for "we really want to say something but cannot"

The statement "we recently have signed an extended five-year non-disclosure..." sounds like code for "we are in this prototype and as such are in this for the long haul with them through the trials and hopefully production"

The statement "we are looking forward to our continued working relationship" sounds like it is included and they will be part of the testing...

I have been involved with having to get approvals for news releases, etc, with the government and it takes a while for approvals to get pushed through the system. I am going to begrudginly give an oft-used benefit-of-the-doubt here on this and say YES Torvec is in the LM JLTV and hopefully look forward to my eventual penthouse room at TorAcres...

As for the other comments in the update... still seems like a VERY long sales cycle for the rest of the programs. Is it too early to start talking about the tiny soda bottles and cookies at the shareholders meetings? Cannot wait to get a seat at this one... none of us are tired of hearing campaign rhetoric are we?
