Good point relative to an investment but I'm speculating.

I'm watching it using the 10-min charts. When both MACD and slow stoch turn up, I'm in on this spec. Fundy wise, this firm is worth 30-40% more.

60-min chart. Initial resistance at 11 and then should move up to/thru Fib retracements
