IMO The liens must be paid first! Beebers has to pay everyone who placed a lien on the plant. Most likely the amount owed is greater from what they got from it.
if it has a lien against it, doesn't it have to be approved by the bank in order to do so? i do believe so. but more than likely the bank would allow it in todays market.
