Hi Tina yeah it was to help the cows who needed to be milked at dawn or something like that. I just think the name is funny. Arizona doesn't do DLS and neither do parts of Indiana - a major farm & cow state.
I think I saw a post about your motorcade traffic. I live in DC so every once in a while they choose a route near where I live to block off.
And of course the Presidential helocopters fly over us all the time to provide air support to VIPs living in Bethesda/Chevy Chase.
