'829'

Even Cramer said something like this; "Hedge Funds have the money they can break any company. Meaning they can sell any company short--Without Just Cause-- and break or put the company into bankruptcy.

To me, my opinion is: That is how the Hedge Funds, up to a few months ago, were making their huge amounts of money, is by selling little companies short including NSOL. However, when the easy pickings to sell short, naked shorting, counterfiting shares, kiting shares and all the other thing as descriged in the previous message. When they had virtually broke all the little companies, the Hedge Funds began to loose money. Now what is next? The big ones of course.

My opinion is, the entire market is at risk. The problem is
the SEC cannot stop naked short selling, because it is legal. Therefore, the Clearing Houses have no idea how many shares any company have. Due to the fact, that, they have no idea of how many naked shorts, counterfit shares, etc., etc., are out there.
