Remember peeved, Jim Hensel was the global business development manager at Spooz. He may be better positioned at Kaitrade to aide in the promotion, sales and distribution of SpoozToolz. I not sure saying he defected is correct, it may have been a mutually beneficial move for both companies.

I agree with your take about the post about a class action suit. That's quite laughable when you think about how frivolous something like that sounds in regard to this situation. The burden of proof would be on the one taking action against Spooz and I highly doubt anyone from this board would be willing to start the process. Sounds like desperate measures to instill fear from someone with an agenda.

What you call coaxing of fear is reality. You had enough time to realise what they really do with the shareholders but you are at least among the few who are starting to ask questions and I believe you have all those shares bought like you have written.
To call it a scam doesn't mean there is no product or future but it is the way how they did lie and fleece the shareholders and also the way how this was handled. For me, it makes a lot of sense why they all moved into kaitrade, that's the final outcome of all what happened and so just the consequenze of the whole agenda there.
If just a breeze of the former storm of indignation here concerning the supposed wrongdoings of Groves an He flows into the direction of the real fraudsters, we will at least have a chance for some justice or even correction of to what obviousely will happen.
