would be nice if you spit out whatever your alluding to, as regardless the old company seems to have a pretty crappy history...so if it is out with the old and in with the new, then let's get that ball rolling shall we?

Anyways...despite this restructuring, it is important to flesh out any skeletal remains of the old company now...before the contrarians come in here misinforming the situation...in this way the old dirt can be said to at the very least have been displayed for all to see and discuss.

Certainly if you have any further info on this restructuring, and it's details , it would be good to air it all out now.
