I do think any illegal manipulation should be looked into. I did file a complaint with SEC. It's the SEC's job, but getting them to take a step is unusual. I did call Mass SEC and talked with J. Grinspoon. They only have the power to chastize brokers - not go after fraud as in his Eiten complaint.
