IMO they have positioned themselves perfectly. FOR WHAT. TO come out of this BK process and Tell FDIC and JPM to f off. They asked to be protected from large block buys of stock. Why. To protect from takeover. Why. Because they are coming out of this thing. That is why they want the 4.4 B. That is why they ask to be protected from huge buys. And that is why they hired big time lawyers and a restructuring company. One way or another. The holding co is going to come out on top. Just my O.

I really don't see a buyout offer coming from them either....I don't even know where all this talk of a buyout came from .......z
