not sure I agree with that. If BKMP goes BK we lose everything. That has not happened here. TFN went bk. The money was LOANED from BKMP to TFN. What was the contract? Was the money Secured? We don't know. A lawyer could find out.
It all depends on the contract between BKMP and TFN.
Judges do not like small investors getting scammed.
Maybe criminal charges against all of TFn and Sandy and Sami.
