Alas I think Art is correct unless there is some provision preventing them from doing it if the action destroys another Canadian company but BKMP is an American company.

I think you are right and we should make some noise. Do we have to take their word on the financial or can we have them examined to demonstrate they have no choice but to default.

We also need to delay the hearing if possible.
