thats why we need a lawyer to represent all shareholder but if there is no phone for Sami or Sandy then said lawyer will get not help from the company and thus what lawyer will take such assignment?

I've been quiet on this issue but I will speak my mind now. WE don't matter. BKMP owns NON-voting shares. Mayhem owns 100% of the voting shares. WE have no recourse whatsoever. Everything Mayhem has done to this point is legal.
