Interesting Citi offered 2billion for ALL of wachovia and wachovia stock dropped to $.80. Then Wells offered $15 Billion and Wachovia stock is worth $7 a share. JPM offered $1.9 Billion for SOME of WAMU. Why didn't they get all of WAMU? Why is Wachovia trading seperate from Wells Fargo? Is or Was WAMU more valuable than Wachovia? Seven7 Help me understand!
