So Hunt owns 2,391,976 shares . . .

that were restricted for a now-lapsed 2 year period. And in the absence of an SEC filing, which is required for a beneficial owner, we can assume he still has the shares. Case closed (except for Larry, I'm sure).

Downregul8 and Neo43:
Good try boys. The Hunt group sold those shares that were bought in 2000 & 2001. The selling of the rights for the licensing revenue was the final step in their withdrawal from CYGX as an investment. You boys are wrong unless you can show that in June 2004 that they still own those shares. My understanding was that they were sold solwly in small increments. I would have expected this trick more from someone like Big B. You two boys should concentrate more on why CYGX invests less than 25% of its stockholder's money in research and development. Msyber you boys have some ideas on ways to reduce that high overhead number.
